CRS Engineering and Design Consultants, Inc. has completed
construction drawings for four buildings under construction on the
campus of Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina, according to
Ken W. Cater, PE, president of CRS.
The project includes three 15,000-square foot, three story,
student housing buildings and a 4,500-square foot, one story,
multi-functional building.
CRS professionals on the job include O. Wade Parker, project
manager and electrical engineering designer; Don Kitchens, PE,
mechanical engineering design; Charles Foshee, CIPE, plumbing design;
Richard Stehr, PE, NICET, fire protection design; John Thomas,
telecommunication design and Jason Blocker, project coordinator.
The project is a development of Capstone Development, Corp. Design
Collective Incorporated, of Baltimore, Maryland is the architectural
firm.
CRS Engineering and Design Consultants is a 29-year old firm based
in Birmingham that specializes in commercial, healthcare, institutional
and religious buildings. CRS performs services in electrical
engineering, plumbing engineering, fire protection engineering,
mechanical and HVAC engineering, lighting design, telecommunication
design and security systems design.
The firm also has a Huntsville office.
