Bonus:

CRS
normally pays annual cash bonuses as declared by the Board of Directors
each year. A semi-annual bonus is paid if the company’s profit
exceeds 5%. Employees are eligible after one year of service.

| PPTO: |
|
CRS provides paid
personal time off accrual at the rate of twenty-four days per year
(192 hours) to full-time employees. An additional day (8/hrs) is
added from the fifth to ninth year of employment. CRS
recognizes eight official holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial
Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

| Group Insurance: |
|
- Health insurance for you paid by
CRS and your legal dependants for $154.00 monthly.
(health insurance effective the first day of the month following
your date of employment). - Dental insurance (effective immediately)
for you and your legal dependents up to $1000.00 year/person.
- Term life insurance at 200% of base salary, not to exceed
$100,000, premium paid in full by CRS, Inc. (effective
after 90 days of employment).
- Disability insurance coverage equivalent to 60% of base salary
(maximum monthly benefit of $6,000), premium paid in full by CRS,
Inc. (effective after 90 days of employment).

401-K Plan:
|
|
CRS’s 401-K
plan allows employee contributions up to 100% of employee salary.
Additional profit sharing contributions are made at the discretion
of the Board of Directors. Eligibility for participation begins
following completion of six-months of service for employees over
age 21. The plan provides a six-year vesting schedule.

Professional Societies:
|
|
CRS, Inc. will
support your active participation in one professional society of
our mutual selection.
|
Educational Assistance:
|
|
CRS, Inc. will
support graduate work in fields approved by Management as outlined
in our Employee Manual.
|
Profit Sharing Plan:
|
|
Profit Sharing Plan funded 100%
by Company contributions as declared by the Board of Directors,
minimum age for participation, age 21; eligible after one year of
service.

| Cafeteria / Flexible
Benefit Plan: |
|
CRS provides the
plan for employees to use pre-tax dollars though payroll deduction
for un-reimbursed medical and childcare expenses. Participation
is voluntary for all employees. Eligibility begins 90 days after
your date of employment. Additional insurance and a child education
plan are available.

| Civic Organizations: |
|
CRS will support
membership in civic organizations, service clubs, and luncheon clubs
the Company will benefit from your participation. Expenses in connection
with many civic activities are normally reimbursable.
