Members of our firm practice in unison even though we represent five highly specialized areas. The five disciplines: electrical engineering, mechanical and HVAC engineering, plumbing engineering, fire protection engineering, and lighting design work in concert with one another in a team structure. Each Project Manager directs a multi-disciplined team that works closely with the architectural design team or the owner in providing quality design which allows for the implementation of project goals in a timely and cost efficient manner.

The professionals at CRS have embraced an internal quality control system which grew out of management suggestions from firm principals, Frank M. Cater, P.E. and Ken Cater, P.E. Our quality control system mandates that each employee be responsible for and responsive to quality control at every level on every project.

This total quality control system results in the highest level of design quality and minimizes the number of change orders resulting in a more cost efficient project for the client.
