Cullman Regional Medical Center

CRS Engineering and Design Consultants, Inc. is completing design development documents for electrical engineering design on the new office building on the campus of Cullman Regional Medical Center.
According to John Gill, PE, LC, LEED, the three story 52,600-sq. ft. building will house clinic space with exam and ex-ray rooms on the first floor and physician offices and labs on the second and third floors. The hospital’s Sleep Center will relocate an expanded center in the new building.
J. D. Hornbuckle is CRS project manager and Samuel Dunn, LC, LEED, is providing lighting design. Krumdieck A + I Design, Inc. is the architectural firm for the new building.
Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2009.
CRS Engineering and Design Consultants is a 32-year old firm based in Birmingham that specializes in commercial, healthcare, institutional and religious buildings. CRS performs services in electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, fire protection engineering, mechanical and HVAC engineering, lighting design, telecommunication design and security systems design.
The firm also has a Huntsville office.
