April 10, 2007 Birmingham, Ala.-CRS Engineering and Design Consultants, Inc. has recently completed construction documents and is providing construction administration for the new Cadence Bank, according to R. Scott Bruner, PE, CRS principal in charge. Construction on the 4,300-square foot one story building, which is being built on Highway 150 across from Wal-Mart, is expected to be completed by summer (2007). According to Derek Henry, PE, CRS project manager and mechanical engineering designer, the company is also providing electrical engineering for the branch bank. Jim Teissere, of CRS, is the electrical engineering designer on the project. PKA is the project architectural firm and Bradford Building Co. is the General Contractor.
