May 21, 2007 CRS Engineering and Design Consultants, Inc. has completed construction documents for Regions Bank locations in Forestdale, Hoover and Algiers, Louisiana, according to Scott Bruner, PE, principal in charge. The 5,000-square foot renovation project at Forestdale includes replacement of electrical, mechanical and plumbing functions. It is expected to be completed by late summer. The Hoover bank will be a 1,700-square foot new branch bank to be located inside Valleydale Marketplace. It should be completed by mid-summer and includes mechanical engineering design, electrical engineering design and plumbing design. The Algiers, Louisiana job includes replacement of mechanical, electrical and plumbing functions in the 2,000-square foot branch bank. The branch renovation should be completed by summer. Derek Henry, PE is the CRS project manager and mechanical engineer and plumbing designer for all three projects. Other CRS professionals on the jobs include Jerry Gingras, PE and Jim Teissere, electrical engineering designers. PKA Architects, Inc. is the architecture firm for all three projects. CRS Engineering and Design Consultants is a 30-year old firm based in Birmingham that specializes in commercial, healthcare, institutional and religious buildings. CRS performs services in electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, fire protection engineering, mechanical and HVAC engineering, lighting design, telecommunication design and security systems design. The firm also has a Huntsville office. |
