Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital

CRS Engineering and Design Consultants, Inc. has completed construction documents for the Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital in Dallas, Texas, according to Ken Cater, PE, principal in charge for CRS.
Construction on the 46,000-square foot facility is scheduled to begin in December with completion expected in 12 months.
Others on the CRS project team include: Mike Romine, PE, project manager and electrical engineering design; Don Kitchens, PE, mechanical engineering design; Charles Foshee, CIPE, plumbing design; Richard Stehr, PE, fire protection design and Brad Aaron, project coordinator.
Bolder and Associates, of Boulder, Colorado, is the project architect.
CRS Engineering and Design Consultants is a 30-year old firm based in Birmingham that specializes in commercial, healthcare, institutional and religious buildings. CRS performs services in electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, fire protection engineering, mechanical and HVAC engineering, lighting design, telecommunication design and security systems design.
The firm also has a Huntsville office.
