North Lake Condo

CRS Engineering and Design Consultants, Inc. has recently begun the design phase for the 84-unit Phase II of the North Lake Condo Club in Alexander City. The three story condominium is adjacent to the 60 unit, three story Phase I building now under construction.
The CRS project team includes Scott Brunner, PE, principal in charge and project manager; O. Wade Parker, electrical engineering design; Charles Foshee, plumbing design; Richard Stehr, PE, fire protection; John Thomas, telecommunications design; and Jason Blocker, project coordinator.
CRS Engineering and Design Consultants is a 30-year old firm based in Birmingham that specializes in commercial, healthcare, institutional and religious buildings. CRS performs services in electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, fire protection engineering, mechanical and HVAC engineering, lighting design, telecommunication design and security systems design.
The firm also has a Huntsville office.
