Wells Fargo office renovation

CRS Engineering and Design Consultants, Inc. has recently completed construction documents for the renovation of the Wells Fargo office in the Chase Lake Office Building off of Highway 31 in Birmingham. Construction has begun on the project.
Ken Cater, PE, is CRS principal and in charge of the 10,000-square feet office renovation.
According to Derek Henry, PE, CRS project manager and mechanical engineering designer, others on the project include: T. Phillip Graydon, PE, electrical engineering design, and Adam Garrett, project coordinator.
Gresham Smith & Partners of is the architect of record for the project.
CRS Engineering and Design Consultants is a 29-year old firm based in Birmingham that specializes in commercial, healthcare, institutional, and religious buildings. CRS performs services in electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, fire protection engineering, mechanical and HVAC engineering, lighting design, telecommunication design and security systems design.
The firm also has a Huntsville office.
