- Manage Project Implementation - Develops design concepts and
options, establishes design criteria in accordance with clients
needs and expectations while allowing for a single point of
contact for projects.
- Prepares code study. Prepares and directs work for engineers,
designers and CAD personnel.
- Monitors projects to assure schedule, budget and design are
consistent with project criteria.
- Possesses understanding and knowledge of other disciplines
and their requirements.
- Ensures that all design steps and quality management assurance
procedures are taken and that work is completed as planned and
scheduled.
- Providces HVAC, hydronic, refrigeration, plumbing design and
specifications for Institutional, Commercial, Financial, Municipal,
Houses of Worship, Residential Facilities, Theatrical and Government
projects.
- Provides advice and support to members of the project team.
- Responsible for development, enhancement, detailing, and production
of engineering design.
- Conducts on-site investigations and surveys.
- Reviews all equipment submittals for quality and compliance.
