- Manages and oversees all business functions for the department,
including: marketing, proposals and contracts, budgets, production
schedules, billing, and collections.
- Assigns and supervises project managers and projects.
- Acts as project manager on selected projects.
- Responsible for technical training of design and production
staff.
- Responsible for Quality Control Program for the department.
- Participates on the corporate Management Committee.
- Establish and maintains client relationships by coordinating
multi-discipline engineering efforts.
- Establishes the mechanical systems criteria and performance
requirements.
